Complete renovation and rebuild of an 1866 wood frame Italianate rowhouse on an historic landmarked block near Fort Greene Park. Façade details were restored and the parlor floor interior was opened up with a twelve foot deep rear enlargement allowing for a contemporary open plan layout. The rear façade is fully glazed with solar controls and a new deck. A redesigned garden reuses old bluestone pavers with a multi-tiered organization. The basement apartment has its own lower garden with fencing allowing for privacy.
