Owner sought to renovate a converted multiple dwelling held in the family for decades and add a rear 4 story enlargement and a new penthouse in the Kips Bay neighborhood of Manhattan.  We designed five spacious multiple bedroom apartments typically with generous amounts of light at both ends of the building. Contemporary kitchens, bathrooms and finishes are utilized in every unit for a consistent aesthetic. A private landscaped rear yard and a private roof deck services the units in this all electric building.
