BOERUM STREET, NEW MULTI-FAMILY BUILDING

Owner sought to develop an empty lot in Bushwich, New York, he had held for several decades. We designed a four story, eight dwelling unit New Building with ground floor duplexes and access to a landscaped rear yard and a common roof area. Building was approved at the BSA level for a zoning variance before DOB reviews. All units are individually serviced with utility spaces at the cellar level.
