EAST HAMPTON HOUSE

This two-story house within a beautiful wetlands preserve was completely redesigned and rebuilt after a fire. The house is designed for a contemporary shingle design with a metal roof. Extensive fenestration opens the house to the rear of the property at both floors for a patio and a deck taking advantage of the bay views.  The first floor features an expansive kitchen, dining room, living room, den, with a guest suite adjoining a library. A contemporary wood custom stair overlooks a double height entry foyer. The second floor has a primary suite, three bedrooms, a painting studio, and study.
