This triplex apartment is located at the upper levels of a historic building on one of the most architecturally significant blocks in Brooklyn.  Architectural screening is incorporated into the design organized around a metal and wood stair. Multipurpose millwork is designed and integrated into the stair and living room and a reimagined fireplace adds warmth and centrality to the space.
